M3U-2-Traktor is a utility that will import your WinAmp M3U file and write out a Traktor compatible NML file. This will allow you to manage and create set lists in WinAmp.
It was written in VB.Net using the .Net 2.0 framework. Your MP3 files will need to be on-line during the process as the information is read from the ID3 tags of the MP3 files.
